Here are my tips for using the front of your home to draw in buyers.
A nice, light pastel color is great for a front door.
After we pressure-wash, we turn our attention to the flowerbeds. If they’re bare, let’s get some fresh mulch and a few flowers in there. If you don’t have a flower bed, you can still go by your local Lowes or Home Depot to get a couple of potted plants to set on the front porch. Next, get the edger out and trim the edge of the driveway to welcome buyers as they observe your house from the curb.
Finally, the front door can be painted in just a few hours and truly make your home shine. A nice, light pastel color is great. Red doors are great, too.
